Rudders yes, cams can still be bought new from your local hobie dealer, not hard to fit. My ph 02 43591729

I have them also if need be in good nick. Have the whole framework, three sides (two good one bent) and front and rear beams off a 16 but pretty sure they the same- take it away for $60 if you like and sell the rest to get your money back!!. located port stephens. 0427895014
