Ian marcovitch
The wrinkles simply show that the main is pulled on HARD. This causes the mast to try to over bend especially in the lower part and the sail is complaining. Having the block hangers too far aft will also cause this and should only be set up this way if the lower part of the sail is especially full and needs to b e flattened this way. Most top sailors would love to get rid of the wrinkles if they could and still have the sail on HARD enough to have a firm leech and a flat shape.!!! Ian.y.
