Loose Change Posted September 20, 2011 Report Share Posted September 20, 2011 Hi all, I have a Stingray that I was going to turn into a biplane rig using two sailboard masts but have now decided that at my age it was a silly idea so it's got to go. Free to good home, gratis, no charge, nix. zip, zilch, nada, no money required to acquire. Consisting of two hulls still partially joined, one set of very tired old sails, possibly good as shade sails in the garden, an unregistered trailer that will need a bit of work (lights and hull cradles), one Mk.1 mast rigged. The hulls are in the process of being seperated from the beams as the beams look like Swiss cheese with all the mods and repairs done over the years and also have considerable corrosion therefore their integrity is not assured. This is not a weekend project kind of boat but would be more likely to suitable as spares or maybe continue tinkering with the idea of turning it into a biplane rig.
