Phoenix
My old man also has an arrow cat he built stashed at his mothers house (no trailer). I looked them up and they are very ligth and quite compact. Now it's wodden so not as robust as a beach cat, and I'm too heavyweight to sail it competitively, but that isn't what I am interested in. The most it would have would probably be me and my wife, but that's probably a 145kg combination (I'm heavy at 90kg). Too much for an arrow? arrow325
Hi Phoenix, You would not be to heavy to sail an arrow at 90kgs - ideal weight is probably about 75kg but there have been plenty of aussie champs in the 90kg range. The boats are quite buoyant so they sail OK 2 up. 2 adults is OK just need to keep in mind they are timber so careful in beaching them.
