Phoenix Posted October 11, 2011 Report Share Posted October 11, 2011 I've noticed in most maricat photos that i've seen since looking around here, that most of these items are plain alloy, however on the boat I am trying to get done up, the mast, boom and spars are all back. was this a factory option, or something a previous owner has done? My 1979 Maricat, original sail number 1368, had white hulls and black alloy, and looked great when it was new. Looked a little tired a few years later. I still think it looks good. 1368 was a 79 model, that's pretty close to the 1391 on the old man/my mari, so it must be about that age.
