nacra-maricat australia Posted July 17, 2013 Report Share Posted July 17, 2013 Grossetto Italy, Last week at the F18 Worlds held in Italy Billy Besson & Jeremy Laggarigue are crowned to be the new F18 World Champions in the Formula 18 class. The best thing about this is that they have been sailing with an out of the box Nacra Infusion since Eurocat (which they also won). After a consistent series in challenging and continuous changing conditions the two sailors in keeping their score sheet the lowest. Big congratulations from the Nacra Sailing and the Performance Sails team!! Family Booth in third place Mitch Booth and his son Jordi Booth pulled off an incredible result by finishing third overall at these same worlds. They are too competing with their Nacra Infusion and are supported by TEAM BOSKALIS. We also congratulate them with this great result and promising future of the young Jordi who has many World championships ahead 161 competing boats Nacra Sailing proudly announces that 48 boats out of the 161 ones in total were Nacra’s making the Nacra Infusion the biggest fleet of one specific type. Besides the Olympic Nacra 17 the organization of Nacra will keep on pushing as always to empower sailors around the world. The Nacra Infusion stills proves to be the one to beat!!!
