Allante Posted April 10, 2010 Report Share Posted April 10, 2010 The "Great Race" is held every year, early Feb, 37 nautical miles, starting on the Gold Coast, north through the broadwater then out into Moreton bay and finishing at Manly, RQYS. madboutcats Posted April 11, 2010 Author Report Share Posted April 11, 2010 Thanks for the replies guys I hope we have the same wind next week we had today, we had a full on on shore breeze today that had me acording to my GPS doing 18kt on the reach along the course that means we'd do our race in less than 3 hours, shy reaching both ways along the coast.
