Edwardg2
Good evening All, Just put a tear in my jib. its about 30 cm long and about 30 cm from the bottom of the jib. Does anyone recommend a particular Sail-maker in Brisbane who is reliable and reasonably priced who might be able to repair it for me. Thanks Guys. Lisa3
Hi Edwardg2, I'm interested in what others have to suggest. I'm currently waiting for a quote from Hoods sails for a full set of new sails for my Hobie 14, but I haven't yet needed to see anyon for repairs. darcy1945
Lisa, any sails that you have made for your Hobie would not be class legal, (must be hobie built sails) This does not really matter unless you are going to race. You could probably source, new hobie sails cheaper, on the net, in the US, rather than in Aus. You should expect to pay not less than $2k for a set of sails here.
