Jeffo
I've just got myself an older boat. I would like to know if the aluminium tube support down the centre of the trampoline can be made of another metal, perhaps solid or stainless, because I have bent mine. I weigh 130 Kg.Also wanted to know if there were any restrictions on the tiller ie. length and wheather a telescopic is allowed. Thanks!
Stephen G
According to the rules... 3.5 A trampoline support of aluminium section shall be securely fixed along the centreline of the boat. Doesn't say any dimensions. There no restrictions on the tiller extension. Download the rules at http://www.papertiger.org.nz/index.html
Jeffo
Thanks for that. I'll try a stiffer aluminium section.
