The boat has always been stored inside, and so is in excellent condition. The boat is 2.5 to 3 years old, fully specced with Harken main and jib blocks, and is being sold with galvanised trailer (registered to March 2012), sailbox, and beach wheels. Sold. Humdinger Posted July 25, 2011 Author Report Share Posted July 25, 2011 If you are looking for a Nacra 5.0, is a 3 year old boat that has been undercover and pampered its entire life worth the extra $$$ over a 10 to 20 year old Nacra 5.0? Consider ... All the ropes and lines on this boat are like new, not faded by the sun. The mast is light and can be raised by one person easily. The hulls are relatively light, making launching and retrieving the boat an easier task. But the best thing about a near new boat ... all the rigging and fittings are relatively new, and so less likely to break or fail when on the water.
