knobblyoldjimbo
Surprised nobody has brought this up. Maybe someone knows who and how: http://www.catsailingnews.com/2014/01/foiling-for-all-budgets.html#more
Gary P
His name is Will and he comes from Queensland. Photo taken 2 weeks ago at our Nationals at Mannering Park. It was the first time he tried it, no modifications to the rudders, just a bloody big foil at the base of the central mounted single centreboard. A bit like riding a stationary bike. Longest " flight " was about 8 seconds. Kept all the spectators on the bank entertained. Bring on the Manno 14ft regatta in October ! Gary. humungus2
This will be very interesting Gary. You will need more than a flat top sail and a foil to beat me mate
