tornado
Sydney Flying Squadron Brass Monkey Regatta 12th and 13th August 2006 Yes, the cats are invited again this year. Last years event saw about 8 Catamarans from NSW and Vic taking on more than 50 monos including the mighty 18, 16, 14 and 12 foot skiffs. The 2 A Class cats also walked away with the regatta, taking the top 2 places in the go fast division. Cats included 1x Taipan 5.7, 1x Tiger, 4x F16, 2x A Class. This event conflicted with both the AUS F18 Nationals last year and the Hamo race week. It should be much bigger and better than last year..... Which was a first class event despite. More info available in the new week, including NOR. Rigging will be available at the SFS and also Woollahra SC. Lets give a show of force this year and really give it to the Skiffies.
