NickSki Posted September 17, 2016 Report Share Posted September 17, 2016 G'day all, We're planning a holiday with some old friends down at Lennox Head next month and noticed we were pretty much across the road from lake Ainsworth. 4108 Posted September 18, 2016 Report Share Posted September 18, 2016 Lake Ainsworth is very small, good for learning to use a sailboard but you will cross the lake in 30 secs in a Maricat. If you want to introduce the kids to sailing then Ainsworth is sort of suitable. if you want to sail, go down to Ballina and launch at the sailing club on their public ramp.
