The Aus. NACRA Assoc is please to announce that 30th Nacra Nationals will be held at Bunbury WA in January 09. This is a special event as it is the first time since 1990 that WA will host a NACRA nationals. The WA fleet has experienced huge growth in the last 18 months and recently had 5 boats attend the Nats at Port Stephens. The 1st ever Aus Nacra Nationals were held in WA and this is a special time for the class going back for the 30th.

It is a regatta not to be missed. Dates will be confirmed in the next week, and a monthly news email will be distributed from the WA assoc.

The Aust Nacra Assoc is planning freight options for sailors on the east coast. 40ft containers from Brisbane and possibly Sydney are being planned. Each container will take 10 Nacra appx, and will be around $650 each boat RETURN! This will be by far the most economical way of transport.

We have already confirmed the first container, and it is now FULL! We are now filling the 2nd container. I strongly reccomend you book your spot in the container ASAP. All you have to do then is book your flights.

Please contact me at sailstrucutres@aol.com if you would like to confirm your spot. A $50 deposit to the National Body is required.

This is an event not to miss!

Yes Rev

We will end on a Thursday and presentations will be on that night.

This was done to allow SA and NSW drivers the 3 days to get home afterwards and still be at work on the Monday.

We will be running an invitation race on the 2nd, prior to registration for early arrivals, so the overall duration of the event is the same.

Details will be posted on the Nacra Web site, WA page in the coming weeks.
