joclo Posted November 14, 2010 Report Share Posted November 14, 2010 Olympics - RIO 2016: Multis are Back Great News, The ISAF Council, on a proposal from Chris Atkins, Chairman of the Events Committee, did agree on a slot of ten events, including Mixed Multihull, to be used at 2016 Olympic games, by 19 votes in favour and 16 votes against... Its a recognised class, its affordable, fast, aesthetically appealing. Could just be... We all love the big T but its not really all that affordable. Take a look at Lasers, you can buy a brand new boat for $8,000-9,000! but a T is over $40,000 imported to Aus... (a set of Hulls from Windrush in WA is over $15,000 at last asking).
