I sail a Paper Tiger and find them really responsive and great fun to sail. We have a good fleet in NSW (25racing), Nationally (maybe 80 club racers, 40entrants last Nationals), and in NZ (Internationals reached limit of 50boats). Features of the PT are a highly adjustable rig, demanding skill for racing, and light weight (hull platform 50kg). I'd say they suit skippers between 65 & 95kg.
