Taipn 071 for sale,lots of extras

We have just traded Taipan 071 and looking for a new home.

 

Many extras

Comes on Registered Mackay trailer with two huge storage boxes and double mast brackets and front beam supports-previous owner carried two boats on the trailer, has large plastic rollers.

 

Boyer Kevlar composite hulls, minimum weight, set up with everything for cat or sloop rig sailing.

Spare sets of centreboards and rudder blades.

Travelling covers and other bits.

Ashby mainsail has about a season of use (bought an 2013),but not used until September 2013 and sailed fortnightly.

Goodall mainsail purchased 2nd hand and has been used more as not to wear out the Ashby mainsail.

Both are big heads

2 jibs in reasonable condition.

 

Has new Goodall trampoline last year, with holes/lacing etc for sloop and cat rig, kite halyard, centre sheeting and deck spanner.

 

The whole package is in great condition and the hulls have been professionally polished.

Boat does not leak.

Replaced the bearings and the cleat in the traveller car just a few months ago, all ropes are only a couple of years old.

Jibs are still very useable and this boat has generally been sailed cat rig.
