This regatta is open to all boats including Yachts, Cats, skiffs and Mono's of any shape and size. Briefing will be at 10.15 with the first division starting at 11.00am. Please visit the CYC Website at www.cyc.asn.au and select the Peel Island link on the left side of the Home page. Hope you can make this event and we look forward to seeing you on the day. This is Bay to Bay weekend which in it's 30th anniversary year wil take about 700 - 800 sailors out of Southeast Qld. How about doing some calendar co-ordination? tackless Posted April 15, 2010 Author Report Share Posted April 15, 2010 Leo and John. I apologise for planning the Peel Is on the Bay to Bay Regatta weekend (an oversight made by myself). I know this has frustrated sailors in the past however we were limited to when the Peel Is Regatta could be held. When I submit next years calendar to the Committee I will try my best to avoid weekends when other Regattas are held. I know sailors enjoy the Peel Is race and we welcome as many sailors as possible. Once again sorry to those sailors who would of participated if we had planned an alternate weekend.
