hobie 20

Recommended Posts

Hi Fabrice,

Welcome to the Cat Forum.

I agree with Emmessee, the Hobie 20 might be a great boat but no class sailing. There are plenty of Nacra 5.8 sailing in N.S.W with 11 boats turning up for the States last month at Trial Bay and an average of 9 5.8's during the Super Series. Check out the Nacra Forum. I prefer class racing to sailing against a yardstick and the Nacra 5.8 is a great boat. If you deceide on a 5.8 look for a boat with a sail # higher than 1550 as they are a bit lighter than the older boats.

Regards Graceland.

The start of race 1 of the Super Series at Port Hunter.
