No probs; full refund and the right one promptly sent to me. Very happy to support and endorse the shop the hosts this forum. The Harken Ratchamatic; best mainsheet ratchet block I've ever used. Love that I can adjust the tension at which the ratchet engages. Has only failed once; ratchet didn't engage at all, until I rinsed it out and oiled it. All good again.
