vince
Has anyone made rudders for very shallow water for a maricat as I seem unable to keep the standard rudders down in shallow water .I think hoby cats have what are called beach rudders .I assume I will make some from marine ply ,I do not mind if performance suffers a little .I would be grateful of any hints or plans . Emmessee
They are available for the maricat. Ask Brisbane Catamaran Centre if you want new ones or you can make them from plywood easily. I am sure that you would be able to find a boat with them on and just draw an outline and use marine ply.
