Jethrow
Hi Guys, I'll chase up the results. Humungus, I was right behind you in my Finn up to about Taylors Pt then i went chasing the NorEaster to the east, got stranded, then by the time I got out you were all about a kilometer ahead. :(
humungus2
I have got to say, there was a lot of luck involved.
TornadoSport260
That there was. Though upwind the Western bank paid more consistently than the eastern bank. I must say it was good to round the mark within measurable boat lengths of an F18 (Hobie Wildcat), a Hobie 18, some ways ahead of a Hobie 16 and ahead of the foiling moths. Downwind I just didn't have the drifting abilities of a Maricat though. All good fun, nice to sail a scenic piece of water and my tacking duel with the Bavaria 39 was fun.
