Prince Planet
Entries close 9th... $110 + $100 late entry = $210.00 – who's going so far? I'll consider attending if we can get 6 boats to commit... any other takers? PP
TornadoSport260
I entered today. Only 5 cats. 2 Hobie 16's 2 Windrush S/S (Tony Sanderson & I) 1 Maricat (Mark Colecliffe)
Prince Planet
Well, if someone wants to use my 'old' boat too - they're welcome... I'll call Antony to see if he can attend - we really do want more than a handful of Windys right… ? PP
Scuttlebutt
There should be at least 2 Mari's, as Michael nominated before me! maybe it is not showing all the cat entries??

TornadoSport260
And we're RACING! 10 Cats entered. 1 A-Class 1 F16 3 H16's 3 Mari's 2 Windies 1 Start, run off yardstick.
Prince Planet
OK, count me in - will enter today... was unsure of eligibility coz of the Lift King logo on my sail... but speaking to Lachlan Gilbert it's OK - and apparently late entry fee has been waived... Can we get other Windys to enter now that it's more reasonable? Darcy and 1 or 2 of the Toukley crew would be nice - do they remember how to get to Sydney? Pointed Reply
How about all the boats that actually live in Sydney.....mostly travellers on the list so far.....Tanilba, Koombana, Tumut, Kembla
TornadoSport260
Can I be classed as a traveller? I have to drive to Singleton on Friday night to get my boat and dad's car then do the same on Sunday night... Where are the Concord Ryde mari's? darcy1945
The amount of travelling that you do Rod, you probably consider Mannering Park and Tanilba as Sydneys Northern suburbs. I need to be sedated if I travel south of the Hawksbury Bridge.
Prince Planet
As far as I know, there aren't any Windys that are 'racing' oriented in Sydney… which is why I've asked some of the Toukley crew if they would attend... How can we bribe them? PP
darcy1945
Toukley Windies, Stan is holidaying away untill after Xmas, Dave is working to pay for his family holiday to Disneyland, Josh sold his boat to Ryan (who doesn't have a licence ), Darcy sold his windy, and Graham is only allowed to play 1 day per week (Sundays). Prince Planet
hmmm – so OK, Y not come down on the Sunday? I'm sure there would be a reduction in cost - as I understand that the organisers of Sail Sydney are wanting more entries... if Josh kidnapped his boat for the day - and we got 1 or 2 more guys involved - Darcy - you could use my boat - it will be available - and Graham made the trip - it would be nice for the association to show it's still active in getting boats on the water for 'special events'... PS Any more takers from down South? The late entry fee has been waived... PP
TornadoSport260
Something i just picked up on. Cats are racing from Georges River Sailing Club not Kurnell. The change was apparently made last week.

TornadoSport260
Well this might get you more enthusiastic. Darren Bundock, Glen Ashby & James Spithill are coming on A's so i'm lead to believe.
sando
On Windrush 14's would be better!
TornadoSport260
True but between the 3 of them, they have 2 America's Cups, 3 Silver Medals, too many world titles to count and one hell of alot of knowledge. Then throw in Steve Brewin who has a few World Titles in 5.8's and A's. Anyway should be good.
